It was a frustrating day for Mayor Stone. A tornado just hit Jackson,Mississippi. Mayor stone is 42 and normally always trying to be happy and calm. The Mayor was in his own little world thinking of a solution while the secretary Matt is trying to tell him something but he wouldn't listen.Mayor Stone had finally made his decision to evacuate the city but he still wouldn't listen to the secretary's idea. He was to busy telling the sheriff and police officers what to do.He said "Half of you announce that we are evacuating and the other half of you direct traffic out of the area.

Mayor Stone kept shouting out orders to every helping unit.Blah Blah Blah that's all Secretary Matt heard come out of his mouth."I'm sure that's all anyone else heard come out of his mouth" to he thought to himself.Matt tapped him on the shoulder he replied"WHAT?" "I'm busy so hurry up!" "Sir um I have an idea." he said. "speak up son" he replied. "SIR I HAVE AN IDEA!" Matt yelled. "Matt try to be more quiet I am trying to remain calm here " he said in a annoyed tone."Alright sir so here's my idea"said Matt. "Hold Matt on I have to speak with this gentlemen over here" and he walked away.
'Seriously,he needs to listen to me,my idea is good and simple and way less complicated then all of this hullabaloo" Matt mumbled. "if only he knew what my idea was he would drop his idea and use mine" Matt thought sadly.

The Mayor walked over to Matt and said to him "oh Matt what do we do?" "sir" Matt said "I have been waiting for this moment all day.Here's what we should do we should Listen to everyone's needs then see what they think and then we should make our decision".
